CRESCENT LAKE ASSOCIATION: Crescent Lake Managment Plan

Crescent Lake Association will conduct a lake/watershed evaluation project and develop a lake management plan. The project includes: 1) water quality sampling (temperature and DO profiles, total phosphorous, and chlorophyll through citizen lake monitoring, nitrates, iron, salts, calcium, and pH) and data analysis 2) aquatic plant survey using point intercept method and development of aquatic plant management (APM) plan following DNR guidelines 3) watershed analysis 4) lakeshore resident survey 5) shoreland assessment 6) development of lake management plan 7) a presentation of study results upon completion of study to Crescent Lake Association, WI DNR and any other interested parties/individuals.
