DEERSKIN LAKE ASSOCIATION: Deerskin Lake Aquatic Plant Studies
Deerskin Lake Association is sponsoring a SPL grant to study Deerskin Lake in Vilas County. The project will focus on studying the aquatic plant community and developing a summary report.
Project activities include: 1) Aquatic plant surveys (PI survey, acoustic, community mapping, substrate mapping); 2) Data analysis; 3) Summary report.
Project deliverables include: 1) PI data; 2) Aquatic plant community and substrate maps; 3) Summary report.
Specific conditions or this project: Draft of summary report needs Dept review and approval.
WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) copy of summary report and all data and maps from the project.
