BLACK OTTER LAKE P & R DISTRICT: Black Otter Lake Survey/Analysis/Drawdown Planning Project
The Black Otter Lake District proposes to conduct a feasibility study and report for drawdown and update their existing management plan including the following: 1. Complete bathymetric map (requires compliance with State standards for mapping) 2. Complete qualitative analysis and depth profiles of lake sediments 3. Develop drawdown scenarios and plans 4. Complete updated management plan.
