Wheeler Lake Assn proposes to prepare several appraisals and assessment actions with the completion of a comprehensive management Plan. Deliverables include the following:

1. Develop APM goals and ID management alternatives ( phase 2 ).

2. Characterize current water quality (year 2, phase 2).

3. Conduct appropriate citizen participation process to adopt final plan.

4. Complete Comprehensive Lake Management Plan (phase 2 ).
