FRIENDS OF LAKE MOHAWKSIN: Lake Mohawksin 2024 Aquatic Plant Studies Project - Point-Intercept Phase (1 of 2)

The Friends of Lake Mohawksin (FOLM) are sponsoring a project to update to their aquatic plant monitoring between management plan updates. This phase includes components related to EWM mapping.

Activities: 1) Late season EWM mapping survey 2) EWM mapping survey report 2) Final meeting to present findings

Deliverables: 1) Mapping data from survey 2) AIS Monitoring and Control Strategy Assessment Report including late season EWM mapping and survey results 3) Copy of final meeting presentation

Conditions: 1) All monitoring shall follow DNR protocols 2) Conduct annual meetings with DNR Biologist to discuss project

This scope summarizes details provided in the application and does not negate tasks and/or deliverables described therein. Data, reports, surveys, and supporting information, including photos, maps, and GIS data, must be submitted to the DNR in electronic format and in any other format they specify.

If a consultant provides a final report, it is recommended that the Grantee provide the DNR a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making a final payment to the consultant. Include electronic copy of the final report along with or prior to submission of grantee's final payment request.
