BEAVER DAM LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: LMI 319 Match - Library Lake Stormwater Park Phase 03
The Beaver Dam Lake Management District is sponsoring a project to install storm water improvement practices in the City of Cumberland along Library Lake.
Activities: Stormwater BMP installation and shoreline restoration
Deliverables: Design plans, Pre/post photographs, and a final report with loading reductions
Conditions:
1) In the final report, for each practice, provide pertinent before and after photos, include the date installed, cost, and estimated load reductions for nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and sediment in units of lb/yr.
2) Buffer restoration shall follow Wisconsin Biology Technical Note 1: Shoreland Habitat.
This scope summarizes details provided in the application and does not negate tasks and/or deliverables described therein. Data, reports, surveys, and supporting information, including photos, maps and GIS data, must be submitted to the DNR Biologist in electronic format and in any other format they specify.
