Pewaukee Lake has the following aquatic invasive species:
Chinese Mystery Snail, Curly-Leaf Pondweed, Eurasian Water-Milfoil, Purple Loosestrife, Rusty Crayfish, Starry Stonewort, Zebra Mussel
