Lower Nemahbin Lake has the following aquatic invasive species:
Chinese Mystery Snail, Curly-Leaf Pondweed, Eurasian Water-Milfoil, Hybrid Eurasian / Northern Water-Milfoil, Ornamental water lilies (non-native Nymphaea sp.), Purple Loosestrife, Spiny Naiad, Starry Stonewort, Zebra Mussel
