*** CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS APPLY ***
Continuing obligations apply to one or more properties due to remaining contamination. For information specific to the continuing obligations, review the documentation below. Before constructing or reconstructing a water supply well, you need to contact the DNR for approval of well construction specifications.
LICENSED LANDFILL OR HISTORICAL WASTE SITE
Waste Sites are sites that are located on the same property as a landfill licensed under Wis. Admin. Code NR500 or on a known historical waste site never issued a license by the DNR. Prior to constructing or reconstructing a water supply well, you need to contact the DNR for approval of well construction specifications. You may also need approval to build or excavate. Please see the documentation below or contact the DNR Project Manager or DNR File Contact listed at the bottom of this page.
CONTAMINATED VAPOR MAY MOVE INTO INDOOR AIR AND ANOTHER PROPERTY OR ROW WAS AFFECTED
Contamination at this property may move into indoor air as contaminated vapor, and the contamination moved beyond the property line to other properties or rights-of-way (ROWs) that may also be affected by contaminated vapor in indoor air. For more information, see the Relationships to Other Activities section, and files, if available, in the Actions and Documents section below.
