SEMI-ANNUAL NR 700 SITE PROGRESS REPORT – INVALID REPORT ID


Responsible parties must submit semi-annual site progress reports to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources until case closure is granted by the DNR (Wis. Admin. Code § NR 700.11(1)(a)). The reports summarize the completed work and additional work planned to adequately complete the response action at the site or facility. Consultants may submit these reports on behalf of responsible parties.

The report ID provided is invalid. Review the Semi-Annual NR 700 Site Progress Report notification email you received and click on the link provided. If you did not receive an email please fill out the Report ID Request Form.

Note: The schedule for Semi-Annual NR 700 Site Progress Reporting is changing. Starting in 2027, semi-annual reporting periods will be from March 1 through August 31 and September 1 through February 28. The reporting period beginning July 1, 2026 will cover an eight month period, ending February 28, 2027, to accommodate the change to the reporting schedule.
