The proposed facility is located east of Ozaukee Trail, south of Dixie Road/County Highway P, and west of Interstate Highway 43 in Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. The operations at the data center will be classified under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7374, data processing and housing services, and under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 518210, data processing, hosting, and related services. The proposed facility emission sources will consist of up to forty-five (45) diesel emergency generators. Each emergency generator will be equipped with a diesel belly storage tank, each with a storage capacity of less than 10,000 gallons. Operation of diesel-fired generator engines results in combustion byproducts. Pollutants emitted from generators include particulate matter (PM), particulate matter less than 10 micrometers in diameter (PM10), particulate matter less than 2.5 micrometers in diameter (PM2.5), nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), and greenhouse gases (GHGs).
