Air Permit Final Decisions

The table below lists final air pollution control permit decisions made by DNR’s Air Management Program in the past 180 days. The decisions and a summary of comments and changes to the draft decision are viewable by clicking on a facility name or permit number. Permit decisions made more than 180 days ago can be found using the Air Permit Search Tool.

The Wisconsin statutes establish time periods for requesting review of DNR permit decisions. See the Air Permit Decisions - Notice of Appeal Rights for more information. The Title V petition deadline listed below is the last day to petition the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to review DNR’s permit decision for Part 70 operation permits.
