Hartman Creek was identified as impaired for elevated water temperature (cause unknown) in 2018. Assessments every two-year cycle since (2020, 2022, and 2024) confirmed this temperature impairment with new data. Evaluation of phosphorus during this time period showed levels were appropriate for healthy bug, fish, and plant communities. This creek is on the Impaired Waters List.
