Impaired Water Notes
This lake was listed for total phosphorus in 1998, before there were codified numeric criteria, under the Fish and Aquatic Life use. With numeric criteria applied this lake Clearly Met the total phosphorus and chlorophyll-a thresholds for the Fish and Aquatic Life use, but did not Clearly Meet Recreation use thresholds. This lake will not be delisted for phosphorus and chlorophyll as of the 2014 listing cycle. The TP impairment will be moved to the Recreation use because sample data clearly met FAL thresholds. Further monitoring is being done to determine if this lake will meet TP and Chl-a criteria in the future.
