Impaired Water Notes
Fixed period baseflow and runoff event samples collected at HWY 67 and analyzed for Dissolved P, TP, N, and Kjeldahl N from June 2004 through November 2005. Four samples were collected at various crossings upstream of HWY 67 during baseflow conditions in 2005 and were also analyzed for nutrients. Elevated nutrient levels are found at the downstream crossings nearest to the point sources ( HH & Center Rd.) compared to samples collected above the point sources and samples collected at sites further downstream.
