Impaired Water Notes
Monitoring conducted at two sites in 1995 and 2001 found 4 pH exceedances above 9.0. The lake also experiences severe algae blooms and DO depletion below 4 meters.

The DNR and CORPs conducted water quality monitoring in 2001 and 2002 at two inlake stations. The monitoring was completed to develop water quality models for the TMDL process. SWIMS ID numbers = 093163 and 093162
