Notes
On 303d list. There is a Wisconsin Environmental Accountability Project for the ongoing sediment and soil remediation at Hayton Millpond and the river. PCB contaminated sediment and floodplain soils create an unacceptable level of risk to human health and the environment at this site. The responsible party has entered into an agreement with the state committing to the completion of the clean up, but with an indefinite timeline. No fish should be eaten from Pine Creek.

Pine Creek was assessed for phosphorus during the 2020 and 2022 cycle and levels were too high. A phosphorus listing was addition in 2020.
