PICKEREL/CRANE LAKE REHABILITATION DISTRICT: Pickerel/Crane Lake Septic System Evaluation Study - Phase 2

Purpose

The Pickerel/Crane Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District proposes to continue their septic systems evaluation study. Project activities include the inspection of at least 50 septic systems in the lake district for signs of failure. The results will be reported to the county zoning administrator for follow-up compliance. A final report will be prepared including the inspection results and a list of failed systems and their locations. A paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report will be provided to the Department of Natural Resources. Information on the project results will be disseminated to the public by newsletter, public meeting, and individual reports mailed to property owners. end.
