Purpose

The Village of Oconomowoc will hire a consultant to update the existing comprehensive lake management plan. Elements of the plan include the following: Review of existing data available on Oconomowoc Lake and the Oconomowoc River, USGS monitoring for TSI parameters, modeling to calculate nutrient and sediment loading, aquatic plant survey and development of a long term plan and management recommendations for Oconomowoc Lake. The project deliverable will be the updated lake management plan by SEWRPC and a USGS report on the monitoring and modeling portion of the project. Grantee provide final report to DNR Lake Coordinator. DNR to receive both paper and electronic .pdf copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of grantee's final payment request.
