This summary covers the period October 1988 to September 1996, which is the period of water-quality monitoring of Waubeesee Lake by the US Geological Survey. Emphasis in this summary is on data collected during 1996. All data collected during 1996 are included. Data from previous years are included in graphs to illustrate changes or trends.

Continuation of USGS water quality monitoring for 1991-1996, 5 times a year. An annual progress report will be submitted at the endof each year of monitoring. Information will be disseminated to the public by public meeting. Project must include an assessment of opportunities for future public access.
