Conduct water quality monitoring as described in 'Table 1', attached to the application. Conduct lake level monitoring. Conduct in-lake sensitive area mapping. This will include aquatic macrophytes, habitat types based on soil substrate, fish spawningand nursery areas, spring areas and recommendations for protection. Prepare an operation and maintenance plan for the map. DNR will receive copies of the final report. Information will be disseminated to the public by newsletter, local newspaperarticles, fact sheet, public meetings and report mailings.
