The Lake Poygan Sportsman's Club will conduct a project that is directed to organizational development of a Winnebago Council, to include: 1. Awareness and educational actions by designated staff. 2. Developing and nourishing community contacts 3. Establishment of a Lakes Council board These actions will be summarized within a final report that includes recommendations for future actions.
