TOWN OF FLORENCE: Spread Eagle Chain of Lakes Planning Assessment

Purpose

The Town of Florence proposes to conduct a planning assessment of social, physical and regulatory data in the watershed around the Spread Eagle Chain of Lakes. The project will cover the following activities: 1) water quality data needs, 2) land use and zoning recommendations, 3) public access recommendations, 4) future planning needs, 5) GIS data files and maps of land use and physical settings. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated by public meeting(s), newspaper article(s) and final full report mailing(s).
