The Village of Oxford proposes to implement a recent Storm Water management plan and to further protect its natural resource base by understanding and enforceing existing ordinances and drafting and adopting additional ordinances and protection measures. The project deliverables will include a report of exising ordinances; adopt the storm water management/erosion control ordinance; adopt a village zoning ordinance; amend, if appropriate, the village shoreland zoning ordinance; create an official zoning map; and create policies for regulatory enforcement and responsibility. The Village will supply the DNR with an electronic and hard copy of their report.
