PHANTOM LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: Upper & Lower Phantom Lakes Planning Program

Purpose

This is Phase II of a comprehensive planning program for Upper and Lower Phantom Lakes. This proposal complements and completes the planning program initiated during 2000 with Phase I. Phase II activities will develop, analyze, and identify feasible alternative management measures for the Lakes. The deliverables include a SEWRPC Community Assistance Planning Report, or equivalent, at least two public informational meetings to be held during the project period, and the distribution of targeted informational materials at the annual meeting of the District. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
