Dane County Parks Commission will acquire 7.85 acres of land located in the City of Madison and is known as Outlot 1 of Hickory Edge Plat for lake property purposes. Part of the property will be developed as a neighborhood park. It will also be used as open space for passive recreation and trails will be developed for hiking. Eligible costs include acquisition of the parcel, appraisal fee and preparation of an environmental assessment.
