TOWN OF NORWAY: Waubeesee Lake Watershed Stormwater Management Planning

Purpose

The Town of Norway proposes to conduct stormwater management planning for the Waubeesee Lake watershed. Project elements include a summary of watershed natural resource and land use data, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, pollutant load modelling, and analysis of future water quality and quantity problems, farmland and highway runoff problems, and streambank erosion, as described in the project application. Project activities will result in an evaluation of alternatives and recommendations for specific flood and drainage control measures for agricultural, residential, and commercial areas.
