LAC LABELLE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT: Lac LaBelle Tributary Monitoring

Purpose

The study will gather data at two different locations on two tributaries draining to the lake. The tributaries are Rosenow Creek, a trout stream, and "Golf Course" (LaBelle) Creek. Samples will be taken at 4 locations, 5 times in a year (3 storm event and 2 low flow). Each set of samples will be tested for turbidity, suspended solids, ammonia N, total phosphorus, fecal coliform and dissolved phosphorous. Project deliverable will be sample results downloaded from the SLOH website. The DNR will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report.
