Purpose

With this project the Squaw Lake Association will evaluate water quality conditions and provide technical support on specific issues that advance the goals of the association. Deliverables: 1. Water Quality data with the results from the Environmental Task Force lab in Stevens Point reported to the DNR in a compatible format that is transferable to our database. 2. All Secchi disk data reported into the Self-Help Database 3. Summary of water quality conditions 4. Inventory of Aquatic Plants 5. Qualitative inventories of algal species 6. Written document with all findings The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated to the public by newsletter(s), public meeting(s), and local newspaper articles.
