VILLAGE OF HOWARD: Pond #8, Cutty Sark-Slough Creek

Purpose

Design, construction and inspection of detention Pond #8, Cutty Sark - Slough Creek to reduce projected pollutant loading levels as stipulated in the grant application.

Outcome

Following an exhaustive search of several sites for runoff treatment, a Ch 30 permit was not approved by WDNR. Therefore, construction of a BMP was not feasible for this basin.
