The Beaver Dam Lake Management District is sponsoring a project to develop a storm water design plan in the City of Cumberland at Moser Field. The final deliverables include all data collected, land acquisition strategy, facility preliminary design plans, modeling results, budget and construction strategy, and storm water outfall/lakeshore habitat inventory and restoration plans.
