Purpose

Golden Sands RC&D Council, Inc. in cooperation with the UW Oshkosh Biology and Microbiology Department proposes to: 1) conduct routine nutrient monitoring in Emmons Creek to determine if nutrient concentrations in the stream are increasing, decreasing, or remaining relatively stable through time, and 2) to establish a self-sustaining Friends of the Emmons Creek citizen-based conservation group. The project elements and deliverables will be completed as described in the project proposal submitted to the Department and dated May 1, 2006.
