Purpose

To cost-share development of runoff management ordinances, public outreach strategies, needs assessments and recommended abatement strategies.

Outcome

The Town of Lawrence completed all of the following: 1. Nutrient Management Plan 2. Mapping of the drainage system 3. Stormwater utility and fee adopted by Town. 4. All phases of the STWMP grant were completed on 12/2/2008: a. Public I & E b. Public involvement and participation c. Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination d. Construction Site Pollution Control e. Post-Construction Storm Water Management f. Municipal Pollution Control g. STW Quality Management/Pollutant Loadings/Alternatives
