To cost-share abandonment & relocation of the animal feeding operations from the Ken Strebel farm to the Norman Strebel farm for prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.

Grant declined; owner retired and cattle transferred to brother's adjacent farm.
