MARATHON COUNTY: David Ruesch Farm NOI

Purpose

To cost-share installation of manure management and barnyard runoff practices in order to satisfy the NOI writen for violations of the performance standards and prohibitions dealing with prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.

Objective

Install BMP's to correct several Agricultural Performance Standard and Prohibition violations that were deemed necessary to address on his farm operation.
