The Turtle Creek Priority Watershed Project plan assesses the nonpoint sources of pollution in the Turtle Creek Watershed and guides the implementation of nonpoint source control measures. These control measures are needed to meet specific water resource objectives for Turtle Creek and its tributaries. The purpose of this project is to develop and document water quality and land use information about the Turtle Creek Watershed so that the specific causes and critical areas contributing to nonpoint source pollution in the watershed can be identified and the most practical means for abating the pollution can be developed. https://dnr.wi.gov/topic/nonpoint/documents/9kep/expired/TurtleCreek.pdf
