WAUPACA COUNTY: Chalet Lake Rapid Response

Purpose

Waupaca County proposes to control Eurasian Water Milfoil on Chalet Lake by implementing control measures during the period of 2014-2016. The project elements and deliverables are specified in the Waupaca County Land and Water Conservation Aquatic Invasive Species application dated May 8, 2015. The project includes conducting pre- and post- treatment and mapping the extent of EWM and controllng EWM with aquatic herbicide treatments. Annual progress reports and a final report summarizing the three-year project will be provided to the DNR. If consultant is to provide final report, is is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Lake Coordianator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant.
