The Waubeesee Lake Protection District will hire a consultant to conduct a plant survey and develop an aquatic plant management plan. The Waubeesee Lake Protection District will provide two paper copies and one electronic copy of the final report. The report will contain the following elements: " Raw data - At least 100 sampling points will be established in the littoral zone using GPS units. Sampling points will be equally distributed throughout the depth of littoral zone. " Sediment type data " Maximum rooting depth " General follow up survey to document general location of plant beds and species " Samples of each plant collected will be mounted and labeled. " Aquatic plant management plan that discusses specific alternatives that are feasible on Waubeesee Lake. " Maps showing aquatic plant beds and areas of proposed management alternatives.
