The EWM population in Roberts Lake was found to be relatively low during the August 2015 survey and professional hand-harvesting efforts were determined to be the most appropriate method for control. Professional hand-harvesting efforts have been conducted on Roberts Lake from 2015-2020. Specific details of the activities were reported within each yearsÂ’ respective annual report. This report serves as the final deliverable for the Phase II AIS-EDR Grant which has provided funding for EWM monitoring and management from 2018-2020.
The EWM population in Roberts Lake was found to be
relatively low during the August 2015 survey and
professional hand-harvesting efforts were determined to
be the most appropriate method for control. Professional
hand-harvesting efforts were conducted in 2015-2018
(Table 1). These efforts have contributed to a sustained
relatively low EWM population within Roberts Lake
since detection. Specific details of the activities were
reported within each yearsÂ’ respective annual report.
Milfoil genetics results collected by Onterra and analyzed by MSU for Roberts [Forest], Chute Pond [Oconto], and Mt Morris [Waushara].
