TOWN OF BARNES: Tomahawk Lake Park Engineering/Design Study

Purpose

The Town of Barnes is contracting an engineering/design study of Tomahawk Lake Park. The purpose of the project is to ensure park improvement projects reduce runoff and erosion and restore native habitat to the park. The project also includes sign/kiosk construction and a partnership with the Barnes Garden Club to develop rain garden plans. Final deliverables include: an engineering/design study with stormwater management recommendations, rain garden planting plans, and photo of park sign/kiosk. Note: stormwater management recommendations should go above and beyond those required for regulatory purposes. The specific objectives, metrics, and deliverables for the listed activities are included in the application and supporting materials, and this scope is not intended to replace or supersede those documents.
