Purpose

Develop a plan for restoration, improvement and maintenance of the beach clubs that can be incorporated into the lake management plan for the Tri-Lakes and the to-be-developed 9 Key Element Plan for the 14Mile Creek Watershed. Activities include: \2022 Identify owners of each project property \2022 Inventory properties, including measuring, surveying, photographing, and identifying problem issues \2022 Develop designs and suggestions of possible BMP/restoration practices for each project property \2022 Educational/informational meetings with project property owners and form advisory groups \2022 Advisory group meetings to prioritize issues and develop management plans \2022 Follow up meetings for property owners to present advisory group plans, gain approval and finalize plan \2022 Integrate individual plans into one beach club plan and present for review and possible approval to Tri-Lakes Management District and watershed 9 Key Element planners for incorporation into their plans--also present beach club plan to WDNR for approval Deliverables: All data collected, all outreach and event materials, agendas and minutes from meetings. \2022 List of all owners to be contacted for each club \2022 Identification of problem issues for each project parcel \2022 Parcel-specific designs for each project parcel with alternatives for each problem issue identified \2022 Formation of advisory groups for each parcel and determination of priorities for each \2022 Draft plan to present to the multiple owners of each project property \2022 Incorporation of chosen plans into larger plans Special conditions: WDNR Lakes Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) copy of all data and maps from the project. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the WDNR in a format specified by the Lakes Coordinator.
