Purpose

The Oxford Conservation Club proposes to conduct a Phase 1 Aquatic Plant Survey and Data Analysis on Neenah Lake. The scope of this project includes the completion of a Point Intercept Aquatic Plant survey via Wisconsin protocol, APM plan initiation and existing file data review. Deliverables include an Aquatic Plant Survey Report, Data review summary, and aPublic Forum Report. This scope is intended as a summary; the more specific scope is provided in the grant application and does not supersede the specific scope elements described with in the application.
