Grant Awarded
The Northeastern Wisconsin Audobon Society proposes to conduct a Phase 2 Berry Lake appraisal and develop lake objectives. The project will include Paleolimnological lake sediment coring analysis via contract with ISS; watershed appraisal, delineation and pollutant loading estimates; and a public I&E initiative including news releases and field events. Reports will be written to summarize the findings of the appraisals and community adopted objectives based on the findings for eventual inclusion into a comprehensive management plan.
