The Half Moon Lake Conservancy, Inc. will conduct a project to develop a strategic and land protection plan for the Half Moon Lake Conservancy Board and to educate and inform lake residents in regard to lake management and watershed management activities. The project will include the following activities: 1) Review of existing study recommendations. 2) Conduct and review Board email and mail surveys. 3) Conduct Board educational sessions. 4) Conduct Board strategic planning sessions in partnership with the Half Moon Lake District, Town of Milltown, Polk Co. L&WR Dept, Wis. DNR and others, and 5) Develop a Strategic / Land Protection Plan. A specific deliverable for this project will be a copy of the "Half Moon Lake Conservancy Strategic / Land Protection Plan."
