WASHBURN COUNTY: 319 LMI- Gardner Lake Shoreline Protection

Purpose

Washburn County is sponsoring a project in partnership with the town of Gull Lake to implement engineered erosion control and habitat restoration best practices along Gardner Lake Road adjacent to the lake. Deliverables include: final construction specs and plans, 25-year operation & maintenance plan recorded on the property deed, and pre/post photos. The specific objectives, metrics, and deliverables for the listed activities are included in the application and supporting materials, and this scope is not intended to replace or supersede those documents.
