AMERY LAKES P & R DISTRICT: Amery Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District

Purpose

The Amery Lakes P&R District is sponsoring a project to monitor and control a new infestation of Eurasian water milfoil (EWM) in North Twin Lake. Project activities: herbicide control of EWM, meander survey for EWM, pre/post treatment aquatic plant monitoring, point intercept aquatic plant survey of North Twin Lake Project deliverables include: point intercept survey data, pre/post survey data, treatment record, project reports documenting monitoring and treatment results Specific project conditions: WDNR\2019s Aquatic Plant Management in Wisconsin guidance shall be followed for aquatic plant monitoring. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps, and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lakes Biologist.
