Purpose

To cost-share land owner installation of manure management, diversion and roofing best management practices to enable the farm operation to meet the respective agricultural performance standards and prohibitions established in NR 151 relating to nutrient application, unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, and direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
