MARINETTE COUNTY: Reggie Phillips Farm

Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of manure management and barnyard runoff practices to address farm operations not in compliance with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions dealing with an unconfined manure pile in a water quality management area, prevention of unlimited livestock access to waters of the state, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state under NR 151.08.
