Purpose

To cost-share engineering services to update and expand the scope of the storm water management plan covering the Village of Allouez, develop associated ordinances, perform public awareness activities, and establish an alternative funding capacity for storm water costs.

Objective

Determine the best method(s) to achieve compliance with the Village's ch. NR 216 Stomwater Management permit by March 10, 1013. The Village presently attains a 25.2% TSS reduction, but must attain 40% by 2013.

Outcome

Village completed the stormwater mapping, and developed five components of the Plan.
