Purpose

To cost-share barnyard control, manure management and clean water diversion practices to bring farm operations into compliance with the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151.08 relating to nutrient management, elimination of winter spreading, manure storage, diversions, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
